1. Platform Use
RouteAlign acts solely as a digital bridge between:
- Truck drivers or transport companies listing their available routes;
- Shippers and individuals looking to transport items;
- Renters seeking a moving vehicle.
We are not a carrier, broker, or logistics company, and we do not directly participate in any transactions or transport agreements.
2. No Payment Handling
RouteAlign does not process or receive payments between parties. Any financial agreement, quote, or payment arrangement is made directly between the driver/company and the customer/shipper.
As such, RouteAlign holds no responsibility for:
- Loss, damage, or theft of goods;
- Delayed or incomplete deliveries;
- Vehicle damage or disputes;
- Any financial loss caused by fraud or misrepresentation.
3. Safety & Fraud Awareness
We strongly advise all users to exercise due diligence before entering into any agreement:
- Meet in person with the driver or company whenever possible before finalizing a job.
- Do not pay more than 50% upfront — and only release the full amount once the service is completed to your satisfaction.
- If a company asks for payment, verify their identity by Googling their business name and contacting them using publicly listed contact details — not only the information given on RouteAlign.
- Be cautious of requests to pay via unsecured or unusual methods (e.g., wire transfers, gift cards, etc.).
Report any suspicious listings or activity to RouteAlign immediately.
4. Liability Disclaimer
By using RouteAlign.com, you acknowledge and agree that:
- RouteAlign and its affiliates are not responsible or liable for any outcomes, agreements, or interactions between drivers, companies, shippers, or renters.
- All users use the platform at their own risk.
- RouteAlign does not guarantee the accuracy of listings, the reliability of any party, or the outcome of any transport arrangement.
5. Subscription and Listings
Truck owners and companies using RouteAlign must subscribe to post routes. Subscriptions may be subject to change or cancellation per RouteAlign’s discretion. Misuse of the platform (e.g., posting false routes or fraudulent information) will result in account termination.
6. Content and Conduct
Users are responsible for the content they post. Do not:
- Impersonate another individual or company;
- Post false, misleading, or illegal information;
- Use the platform for any purpose other than transportation-related services.
7. Modifications to Terms
RouteAlign reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
